Availability and Fees
The Aquarium is available for rent year-round in the evenings, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., with an option for later closing hours.
Rental fee: $4,000 (includes 6-11 p.m. event time)
Support costs: $1,200 (based on the scope of the event)

Whether you are looking to serve a bountiful buffet, a seated dinner, or fabulous light fare, our green-certified caterers will custom design a menu to meet your taste and budget.
Using the freshest ingredients, our preferred caterers all feature sustainable, local, and organic cuisine.
Event Space
Situated in the midst of this monumental city, the National Aquarium resides in the lower level of the Commerce Building, a short walk from the Federal Triangle metro station.
The space can comfortably accommodate up to 350 guests for a strolling reception, or 120 guests for a seated dinner. One inclusive rental fee provides exclusive occupancy of the entire space.
